Receiving an ADHD Diagnosis
The day I received my ADHD diagnosis, I felt a huge weight lift off my shoulders. For years, it was
The lotus flower blooms purely clean and beautiful despite growing in muddy waters. This unique quality symbolizes the human ability to preserve inner strength and grow, even in the face of challenges. It’s a gentle reminder that growth and new beginnings are always possible—even in the most difficult circumstances.
In ADHD coaching, the lotus represents a journey of one’s inner transformation. The mud symbolizes the struggles we face, the water symbolizes the awareness gained through coaching, and the blossom reflects the individual discovering their own strength and beginning to shine.
Every person holds a potential within them, waiting to bloom. My goal is to help individuals with ADHD reach the wisdom in their hearts and make their lives easier and more productive.
Hello! I’m Murvet Sarah;
As someone who was diagnosed with ADHD after the age of 40, my goal is to share the experiences I’ve gained and what I’ve learned throughout this process with you. It’s very important for me to describe the transformation I experienced in my own life after recognizing my ADHD and how this awareness guided me. Because I know that it’s possible to manage life while living with ADHD; as long as we correctly understand our problems and solutions.
If ADHD is recognized and managed correctly, it can truly transform into a personal paradise for an individual. This awareness not only resolves problems but also allows us to know ourselves and our potential better. In this process, I learned that instead of seeing ADHD as an enemy, we can turn it into many advantages in life with the right guidance and make life more livable for ourselves. My biggest goal is to make you feel that you are not alone on this path and to support you.
Being understood is one of the most important values for me. For someone with ADHD, truly knowing themselves, understanding their inner world, and being seen by others—these are the gateway to their own personal heaven. Turning crises into opportunities is also possible for them.
As a curious individual who loves learning and is always researching, every piece of information and resource here has been carefully curated and prepared to offer you the best. Drawing from the training, work, and experiences I’ve gained through my personal journey, I’ve created this website to invite individuals diagnosed with ADHD and their close circles to embark on this unique and extraordinary journey. Because being someone with ADHD and living with someone who has ADHD is like taking a journey full of surprises…
My coaching approach is grounded in two powerful training programs that focus on both scientific and individual transformation.
The first is the professional coaching training I received from the worldwide recognized JST Coaching & Training, based in Virginia, USA. This program is a pioneering system that teaches ethical, science-based, and personalized work, especially with young people and adults with ADHD. The JST method focuses on leveraging strengths, developing self-management skills, and guiding individuals to set and achieve their own goals.
The second foundation of my approach is the ICF-accredited Neurocoaching School training I completed with the famous neuroscientist Prof. Dr. Sinan Canan from Turkey and renowned PCC Neurocoach Hakan Gunes. This training taught me how the brain works, the relationship between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and how these transformations unfold based on scientific principles.
By combining JST’s strengths-based approach with neurocoaching’s nervous system-friendly transformation models, I offer a coaching service that provides both insight and helps develop sustainable habits. My goal is to help individuals with ADHD discover their potential, boost their self-confidence, and confidently chart their own path.
It is a collaborative coaching process that helps an individual clarify their goals, gain self-awareness, and develop strategies to reach their potential.
ADHD Coaching, unlike mental health-focused therapies:
ADHD Coaching works with the understanding that “one path does not fit all.”
A personalized roadmap is created for each individual based on their unique needs.
Every individual is unique. With the right support, it’s possible to chart your own path.
ADHD Coaching aims to be by your side on this journey.
When you work with me, you will be in an environment where you are not judged, criticized, or corrected.
My goal is not to “fix” you — it is to be by your side as you find your own path.
As someone with ADHD, I know that every individual’s needs are different.
That’s why my services are tailored to your lifestyle, challenges, and goals.
Note: I provide support to the parent, not the child.
ADHD Coaching is a supportive practice designed to help individuals with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (or attention-related difficulties) recognize their potential and make their daily lives more organized, balanced, and peaceful. It is not psychological treatment; it is a supportive partnership focused on awareness, guidance, and structuring.
An ADHD coach is often a Life Coach who has the expertise and specialized training/skills in ADHD for the purpose of helping the client create individual strategies, criteria, and techniques for managing the traits associated with ADHD.
ADHD Life coaches bring a strong understanding of how ADHD shows up in a person’s life and its impact on them and their families. ADHD Life Coaches are well versed in the latest research, trends, and coaching for those
with ADHD.
Yes, you can. You do not need an official diagnosis. If you struggle with focus, constantly procrastinate, have trouble managing time, and feel like this description applies to you, the coaching process may be beneficial.
The Coach observes, reflects, asks insightful questions, and helps scaffold and structure the desired outcome into goals and manageable action steps.
The Coach often reminds the clients of successes and wins when the client has forgotten them and encourages the client on how to transfer them to other areas of their life.
No. ADHD coaching is not therapy. Therapy focuses on the past, while coaching starts from the present and moves forward. It is a supportive process aimed at gaining awareness and taking action in areas such as emotional regulation, habit formation, and time management.
Anything that the client needs to discuss, at times, may be very concrete problem-solving. Other times it may be brainstorming or processing ideas.
The client is the driver of the coaching process; however, coaching is not therapy, financial planning, or legal advice. ADHD coaching considers personal growth and looks at the here and now with ideas for the future.
